Rabbi Simcha Barnett
Rabbi Simcha Barnett is a Dartmouth College graduate, intercollegiate tennis player, and former investment banker. Coming off his time on Wall Street, he traveled the world, culminating in a transformative trip to Israel, where he was reintroduced to Judaism. After an exciting multi-year immersion in Jewish learning, he received rabbinical ordination from Aish in 1996 and has devoted nearly three decades to Jewish education and outreach. He is the founding rabbi of Aish Livingston and Aish Philadelphia and most recently served as the longtime Educational Director of Project Inspire. He has now launched Inspired Jewish Learning (IJL), a cutting-edge initiative providing meaningful, source-based Torah learning modules that are authentic, inspiring, and filled with accessible wisdom from Jewish tradition—ideal for chavrusa learning or self-study. IJL also offers a special executive learning program, where Rabbi Barnett utilizes his powerful learning modules to communicate impactful Jewish wisdom to business executives.
